Health is more important than wealth. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing.

How can we keep healthy Here is some advice. Firstly, it is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, and we have to keep a balanced diet. So we should avoid food with lots of sugar and fat/which is rich in sugar and fat. Secondly, we'd better exercise every day to make our bodies strong. Besides, we have to avoid too much work pressure. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.

In conclusion, if we stick to the advice given above, we will lead a healthy life

Today, more and more people are in poor health. If we want to keep healthy we should healthy diet.

First, we should have a balanced diet.Though we may not like eating vegetables, but the vegetables have a lot of nutrition. They are very good for our health. Second, we'd better eat regular meals. We need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Because regular meals throughout the day can give us enough energy to carry out our daily activities.

Third, we should get away from fast food, for it may cause a lot of disease.

二、吃西餐怎么做才会显得经常吃一样?

其实都是吃饭,没有什么特别的。只是稍微注意一下礼节,应该就没有问题了。

给你说说我的感觉吧。一般是右刀左叉。不过也不是绝对,我有些同学是左撇子,也不一定是按这样的。如果有很多刀叉呢,他们会排在一起,你就记住,由外向内,由大到小好了。

如果是正式的西餐,一般是按前汤/沙拉,主菜(热菜),餐后点心,饮料或酒。前汤,和餐后点心呢不是必须要的,所以,如果只是非正式的场合,可以自己决定。

喝汤的时候,勺子应该由内向外舀汤。

使用刀叉的时候不要和餐盘发出刺耳的声音。

吃饭不要发出声音。嘴里有东西的时候不要说话。

不要拿着刀叉舞动手说话(有时候激动了容易这样哈)

吃完饭呢,刀叉要放在一起摆在盘里,侍者就知道你吃完了。如果你没有吃完,刀叉成8点20状,放在盘里就好了。

三、西餐什么最好吃?

1.头盘 

也称为开胃品,一般有冷盘和热头盘之分,常见的品种有鱼子酱、鹅肝酱、熏鲑鱼、鸡尾杯、奶油鸡酥盒、局蜗牛等。 

2.汤 

大致可分为清汤、奶油汤、蔬菜汤和冷汤等4类。品种有牛尾清汤、各式奶油汤、海鲜汤、美式蛤蜊汤、意式蔬菜汤、俄式罗宋汤。法式葱头汤。 

3.副菜 

通常水产类菜肴与蛋类、面包类、酥盒菜肴均称为副菜。西餐吃鱼类菜肴讲究使用专用的调味汁,品种有鞑靼汁、荷兰汁、酒店汁、白奶油汁、大主教汁、美国汁和水手鱼汁等。 

4.主菜 

肉、禽类菜肴是主菜。其中最有代表性的是牛肉或牛排,肉类菜肴配用的调味计主要有西班牙汁、浓烧汁精、蘑菇汁、白尼丝汁等。禽类菜肴的原料取自鸡。鸭、鹅;禽类菜肴最多的是鸡,可煮、可炸、可烤、可炯,主要的调味汁有咖喱汁、奶油汁等。 

5.蔬菜类菜肴 

可以安排在肉类菜肴之后,也可以与肉类菜肴同时上桌,蔬菜类菜肴在西餐中称为沙拉。与主菜同时搭配的沙拉,称为生蔬菜沙拉,一般用生菜、番茄、黄瓜、芦笋等制作。还有一类是用鱼、肉、蛋类制作的,一般不加味汁。 

6.甜品 

西餐的甜品是主菜后食用的,可以算作是第六道菜。从真正意义上讲,它包括所有主菜后的食物,如布丁、冰淇淋、奶酪、水果等等。 

7.咖啡 

饮咖啡一般要加糖和淡奶油。
